TWO teenagers caught carrying weapons in Birmingham City Centre have been jailed.
Te-Jay Robinson, 18, of no fixed address was found by police in a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Smallbrook Queensway on January 7.
He had a revolver and machete concealed in his clothing.
A search of the room also saw a large knife found.
His 17-year-old accomplice, also jailed, cannot be named for legal reasons.
Footage of the 17-year-old on CCTV recorded by the hotel the previous day, showed him making gun signs with his hands and pretending to point a gun up and down the corridor.
Robinson pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm and an offensive weapon and Class A drugs, and was sentenced to seven years.
His accomplice was found guilty of possession of a firearm and will serve three years in jail.
They were both sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court.
