Daring Barnt Green pensioner takes on World’s biggest bungee jump for Birmingham homeless charity.

A DARING Barnt Green woman has raised more than £800 for the homeless charity Socks and Chocs after undertaking a daring bungee jump

Marguerite Drew took on the challenge with her husband Phil to celebrate their 70th birthdays.

The couple leapt off the Bloukran Bridge in the Western Cape, which at 750ft is the highest bridge jump in the World.

Marguerite said it was an amazing experience and an uforgettable trip.

Socks and Chocs was started by retired police officer, Bromsgrove’s Busking Bobby Ian Northcott BEM. The charity is run by volunteers to help the homeless in Birmingham.
