60 drivers caught in one day breaking Birmingham’s new 20mph speed limits

WEST Midlands Police caught more than 60 drivers breaking Birmingham’s new 20mph speed limits yesterday.

In the first session in Bishops Gate in the City Centre 16 motorists were stopped and 45 were caught in the second session in Augustus Road in Edgbaston.

The worst one was a young woman who overtook a law-abiding motorist at 46mph, risking colliding with oncoming traffic.

    Can you ask the police to try a similar exercise by the QE Hospital Learning g Hub where hundreds of cars a day simply ignore the no entry signage?
